We believe that learning is crucial to growing and bettering ourselves.

Contours continuously offers workshops open to the public that help us understand how physical and mindful activity improves the quality of our lives.

Our workshops have included Mum & Child Mindfulness, The Four Pillars of Wellness, Meditation Circle on Earth Day to name a few.

We also offer Pilates training to new instructors on a quarterly basis.
